At The Dillard Tax Group we enjoy helping entrepreneurs who want to build a successful business while keeping their costs low.   To begin your financial freedom with us, consider our Referral Agent Package, which is ideal for people who have no previous tax experience and are interested in pursuing a career in the Tax Industry.  This is one of our most popular packages because it doesn’t hold any obligations and it gives you the opportunity to prepare for the training for the next upcoming tax season.   You work when and how you want to!  You simply refer clients to us for preparation and we pay you for your referrals once the taxpayer’s refund has been disbursed.   Low costs, no overhead, no required training, no acquiring numbers required by the IRS, no long work hours…..how simple can that be?   Simply refer friends, family and or acquaintances and get paid for doing so.    

 

Once, you are fully trained and you decide you would like to move to the next level and become a Virtual Tax Preparer then you would simply pay the difference in the package price during that season and the clients you referred will once be rolled over to you as your beginning clientele base.   There are no guarantees on who will come back each season however, we do guarantee you your initial clients once they do return.   

 

Roles and Responsibilities

As a Referral Agent with DTG you will be responsible for:

• Acquiring new clients via Prospects Sheet

• Completing Taxpayer’s Interview Sheet

• Obtaining correct documents to fax or email over to office for non-appointments   

• Contacting our office to make appointments for your referrals

• Marketing via customizable marketing materials

• Providing excellent customer service as the face of your business & ours

 

Benefits

We offer an entry level position as a Referral Agent in compensating you for simply referring clients.  Additionally, we are proud to offer our Agents, 25% off each paid preparation fee which our competitor simply offers a certain amount off your tax preparation fee for a referral.  

 

Ex:  A client is charged $400 x .25 = $100 which you will receive a weekly disbursement.
